This exhibition represents the works of 26 artists, displaying 33 works of art. The Women's Art Association of Hamilton is this city's oldest art organization. It is 121 years since the association held its first annual juried exhibition. That was in 1896, two years after it was founded.
This year's show at the Art Gallery of Hamilton spotlights the paintings, prints and photographs of WAAH members working in a variety of styles and subjects including the human figure, still life and landscape.
